1- DIN (Director’s Identification Number)
DIN is issued by the registrar of companies. Without DIN, one cannot start his/her Section 8 company registration process.
You are required to send an application to the registrar of the companies along with one photograph, address proof, and I.D., which needs to be attested by a Chartered Accountant, for the allotment of DIN.
2- DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
Digital Signature Certificate is a physical certification of your sign available in the digital format. While filling out the application form for a Section 8 Company registration process, a DSC is a pre-requisite. Moreover, it is issued by a licensed certified officer.
3- Approval of Name
According to the guidelines provided by the government, every company must have a unique name. For that matter, you should provide at most 6 names that the company has to be registered under. Additionally, it must conclude with the words like foundation, trust, association, council, etc.
4- MOA and AOA

6- DIR- 2: Declaration to Act as a Director.
