Commission rates per service category are locked in Schedule B of your Partner Agreement. They do not change without mutual agreement in writing.

How settlement works

Monthly settlement cycle. Full reconciliation report shared before every settlement. Every project, every commission, every deduction — fully auditable.

Wallet model

Prepaid wallet — you load balance, deducted per project. No credit exposure on either side. Minimum wallet threshold defined in agreement.

No. That is the core of what Vakilgiri provides. Every service is executed by qualified CAs, CS professionals, and legal experts on Vakilgiri’s side. Your platform is purely the distribution channel — no legal expertise required on your end.
 
Vakilgiri assumes full responsibility for service delivery. A detailed liability and escalation matrix is included in the Partner Agreement. Government-side delays — portal downtime, verification visits — are handled by Vakilgiri directly with the customer.
 
 
Yes. You can choose between full Vakilgiri branding or white-label with “Powered by Vakilgiri.” Your preferred branding option is confirmed in the Partner Agreement and implemented before go-live.
 
 
 
All projects created before exit are completed by Vakilgiri regardless of partnership status. Wallet balance (net of pending project costs) is refunded within 30 business days. A full exit protocol is documented in the agreement.
There is no minimum project commitment. The minimum wallet threshold is defined per partner tier in the agreement. If your wallet is below the threshold, new projects cannot be created — this protects both sides from exposure.
 
All customer data is stored on secure Indian servers with encryption. Vakilgiri operates fully under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Customer data is used exclusively for the service requested — never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. Full data handling terms are in the Partner Agreement.
