Our Mediatorship Agreement is professionally drafted and shared before onboarding. Key points every partner must know.
Commission Eligibility
Commission accrues only when the project is CRM-attributed to your account, fully paid, and the relevant milestone is completed.
Commission Calculation
All commissions are on Professional Fee only. Government fees, statutory charges & filing fees are excluded from computation.
B2B Billing
Vakilgiri raises invoices in your business name — not your client's. You independently manage client-side billing and collection.
Commission Credit
Commissions credited to your Vakilgiri Wallet on the 30th of each month. Withdraw to registered bank account at any time via CRM.
CRM Attribution
Projects must be correctly created in CRM before work begins. Post-facto attribution is not eligible for commission.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 15 days' written notice. Confidentiality obligations survive for 1 year post-termination.
Non-Solicitation
Non-solicitation and non-circumvention obligations apply for 12 months following termination of the agreement.
Billing Disputes
Billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice receipt. After 7 days, invoices are deemed accepted.
Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Digital acceptance is legally binding.

A step-by-step walkthrough of the complete journey — from selecting a service to your commission being credited.

Vakilgiri never calls, communicates with, or solicits your clients. We never issue invoices to your client. Every quotation, invoice, and communication is strictly Vakilgiri ↔ Mediator only. You invoice your client at whatever price you choose — your margin is your income, entirely separate from commission.
Step 1: Choose a Service

What happens on this step
- Browse 118+ services across registrations, compliance, amendments, licences, and premium services — divided into 16 Categories.
- Each service has its own dedicated service page with complete information — Introduction, Who Is It For, Features, Advantages, Process Steps, Documents Required, FAQs, and a video playlist.
- Use the service page to educate your client before creating a Project.
- Once you and your client are aligned on the service, click "Get Started" on the service page — this takes you directly into the quotation flow.
- The service you selected is automatically carried forward into the quotation form — no need to re-enter anything.
- 📌 Note: Tip: Share the service page link with your client for self-education. This reduces back-and-forth and speeds up order placement.
Step 2: Quotation Form
Answer a few service-specific questions — the system auto-generates your quotation instantly
What happens on this step
- A short dynamic form appears with questions specific to the service you selected — questions change based on what is needed to calculate the correct fee.
- Example for Pvt. Ltd. Registration: Number of directors, State of registration, Authorised share capital — each answer affects the final quotation.
- Based on your answers, the system automatically calculates the professional fee quotation — no manual computation needed.
- The quotation is for you (the Mediator) — this is what you pay Vakilgiri. What you charge your client is entirely your decision. Your client price minus Vakilgiri quotation = your additional margin income.
- Government fee and statutory charges are shown separately — they are NOT part of the professional fee and are billed additionally.
- 📌 Note: Your income has two components: (1) Commission on professional fee from Vakilgiri, and (2) Your own margin — the difference between what you charge your client and Vakilgiri's quotation.
Step 3: Add-on Services
Enhance the order — select complementary add-on services your client may also need
What happens on this step
- After the base quotation is generated, the system shows relevant add-on services that complement the main service — curated specifically for the service you selected.
- Example: For Pvt. Ltd. Registration, add-ons include GST Registration, Udyam Registration, etc
- Each add-on has its own professional fee which is added to the base quotation — you see the updated total in real time.
- Add-ons are completely optional — select only what your client needs. You can always come back and place add-on services as separate orders later.
- You earn commission on the total professional fee including all add-ons selected — so recommending relevant add-ons increases your commission too.
- 📌 Note: Pro tip: Recommending the right add-ons increases your order value, your commission, and your client's satisfaction — all in one go.
Step 4: Select Client Business
Link the project to the correct client business — critical for CRM attribution and commission eligibility
What happens on this step
- You must select the business for which your client is availing this service. This links the project to the correct entity in the CRM.
- Option A — Choose from existing clients: If you have previously onboarded this client's business, it will appear in your list. Simply select it.
- Option B — Search Vakilgiri's business database: If the business already exists in Vakilgiri's database (e.g. an existing registered company), search by name or PAN and claim it.
- Option C — Create a new business: If the business is not found anywhere, you can create a new business profile by entering the entity details manually.
- Business selection is mandatory — you cannot proceed to checkout without linking the project to a business. This step protects your commission attribution.
- 📌 Note: Every project must be linked to a business. This is how Vakilgiri tracks attribution — ensuring your commission is protected and credited correctly.
Step 5: Checkout & Payment
Review the complete order, select your payment option, and complete the payment to Vakilgiri
What happens on this step
- A complete Project summary is shown — service, add-ons selected, coupon discount applied, final professional fee, government fee, and total payable amount.
- Payment is strictly from you (the Mediator) to Vakilgiri — this has nothing to do with your client's payment to you. Your client invoicing is completely separate and independent.
- Choose your payment option: Full Payment or Part Payment. Part Payment allows you to pay a portion now and the balance at a later stage during project execution.
- Multiple payment modes supported: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and NEFT/RTGS.
- After successful payment, you are immediately redirected to the success page — the project, invoice, and commission entry are created automatically without any manual steps.
- 📌 Note: Remember: The amount you pay Vakilgiri is your cost. What you charge your client is your revenue. The difference is your margin. Plus, you earn commission on top of your margin.
Step 6: Project Created
Payment verified → Project, Proforma Invoice, Payment Entry & Commission created instantly — Vakilgiri begins work
What happens on this step
- Project created automatically in your CRM with a unique Project ID — visible in your dashboard instantly. No manual entry required.
- Proforma Invoice generated and available in your CRM dashboard — you can download it at any time for your records.
- Payment entry recorded against your mediator account — full payment history maintained in your billing section.
- Vakilgiri assigns a dedicated Project Manager within 24 hours who becomes the single point of contact for execution — they begin working on the project immediately.
- Commission entry created in your commission sheet the moment payment is verified. This commission will be credited to your Vakilgiri Wallet on the 30th of the month. No action needed from your side.
- 📌 Note: From this point, Vakilgiri handles 100% of execution. You simply stay in touch with your client, track project progress in your CRM, and wait for your commission on the 30th.
